Hover House

On an inland plot in chalk sound, Hover house glides over the top of the native vegetation. With some of the best views in Providenciales, Hover house enjoys views of the ocean, silly creek and chalk sound. 

Inspired by Californian case study houses, we raised the house above the ground and created some excellent, shaded outdoor spaces perfect for hot summer days. 

The project took around 18 months to complete with James Hamilton Architects and completed in Summer 2023.
